A part of the EA Group, was founded in 1988 specializing in providing all kinds of hardware components at highest quality control, punctual delivery and excellent service to serve the fabrication needs of industry around the world. We specialize in custom metal fabrication of engineered products, anything made of metal for an industrial plant. Our strong R & D team capable of integrated design, operation, to finish and subassembly and of course testing, available from Taiwan as well as China. With the support of the National Taiwan University and the National Health Research Institute we can overcome any problems from design or fabrication that the customer have not take into account during design or manufacturing process, in order to make the customer project a reality and in the end, a perfect product.

Equalize Advance Taiwan Ltd. offers you Turning Service through the use of state-of-the-art CNC cutting tools. Commonly turned metals include aluminum, brass, and steel. However, we are capable of working with a range of materials to meet customer requirements and expectations. Metal Turning is primarily limited by the strength of the cutter and the cutting speed. For this reason, Equalize Advance Taiwan Ltd. has invested in high-end cutters in our high-tech CNC Turning Centers that provide excellent spindle speed for exact tolerances and rapid turnarounds.

    • ( Milling Service )

    Our state of the art CNC milling machines can perform many labor intensive operations with extreme accuracy and consistency, holding tolerances as close as 0.004mm. Multiple parts can be manufactured simultaneously on these machines thereby which increases productivity and allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers. Our lathes enable us to manufacture very complex parts, with shorter lead time, in both production and prototype size lots. We machine a multitude of materials such as stainless and carbon steels, titanium, aluminum, plastics and a variety of alloys and exotics. We’re ready to meet the needs of your most demanding applications.
